Recently over the Christmas 2002 holiday, I was contacted by David Alstott who queried if I was interested in scanning some of the catalogs from his collection with an eye towards making them available on the Internet. Of course I was, and this document is the result of the first of these catalogs which Dave graciously loaned me...
